MONROE COUNTY, Mich. — The suspect wanted for allegedly robbing a store in Monroe County was arrested in Toledo Tuesday.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Anthony Cline, 32, of Monroe, allegedly entered the Ida Party Stop at 2896 Lewis Ave. in Ida Township Saturday while wearing a facemask, coveralls and gloves.

The sheriff's office said Cline implied a weapon and demanded and received money from a store employee before leaving in a vehicle that was waiting nearby.

According to the sheriff's office, investigators used FLOCK license plate reader technology to identify a Michigan license plate and found that the vehicle fled to Toledo.

A warrant was issued Tuesday for Cline's arrest and later that day was taken into custody in Toledo with assistance from the Toledo police SWAT unit.

Cline was arraigned Thursday in Monroe County for armed robbery and was given a $500,000 bond.
