Delivery driver robbed of food, cash in west Toledo

TOLEDO, Ohio — A delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint in west Toledo Tuesday afternoon, police said. 

According to a Toledo police report, a delivery driver was dropping off food from a Mongolian restaurant in the 3900 block of Sunforest Court at approximately 12:30 p.m. Two suspects, armed with a pistol, approached the victim.

The suspects demanded the food and noticed a money bag, police said in the report; the suspects then took the money bag and fled the scene.

There were no injuries listed in the incident.
