TOLEDO (WTOL) - Major morning delays continue due to icy conditions today. Icy roads this morning will slowly start to improve after sunrise in the Toledo Metro as temperatures begin to rise above freezing. Even as temperatures warm, it will take several hours in some spots for the ice to completely melt. Please use extra caution today through lunchtime!
