(WTOL) - Lucas Co. Deputies need your helping finding the man who obtains pictures of young children in the nude.
Elhadi Robbins, 48, kept at least 20 pictures of naked underage children with him in a binder.
Police say in the same back pack they also found little girls' underwear.
Robbins was convicted in 2006 for the illegal use of a five-year-old boy in nudity oriented material.
Robbins served 6 months behind bars and must register as a sex offender once a year.
Deputies say Robbins registered at the Cherry Street Mission but has not stayed there for the entire month of July.
He stands 6'1" and weighs 225 pounds.
