OSHP: Juvenile missing from Arkansas found in Cleveland

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the 15-year-old was found after troopers obtained information from occupants of a suspect vehicle in Fulton County Thursday.

CLEVELAND — Authorities found a juvenile missing for more than a month from Arkansas in Cleveland Thursday after state troopers obtained information from occupants of a vehicle traveling on the Ohio Turnpike in Fulton County.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, troopers at about 6 a.m. stopped a vehicle traveling westbound on the turnpike near County Road 5-2, just northeast of Delta, after an alert attached to the vehicle's registration notified troopers it was suspected in connection to the missing juvenile.

"Upon further investigation, information from the vehicle’s occupants led troopers and other assisting law enforcement agencies to a residence located in the city of Cleveland" where the 15-year-old, who had last been reported seen in Arkansas on March 15, was found at about 12:30 p.m.

OSHP says the investigation is ongoing.
