Feliciano Ramos-Villa, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Thursday afternoon about 20 miles west of Findlay.

PUTNAM COUNTY, Ohio — One person was killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Putnam County Thursday afternoon.

Feliciano Ramos-Villa, 34, of Pandora, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash just south of Ottawa, about 20 miles west of Findlay.

Ramos-Villa was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash.

Ramos-Villa's vehicle, being driven by a 44-year-old, was traveling westbound on County Road M when the driver failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with Old State Route 65, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

A 31-year-old driver traveling south on Old State Route 65 then hit Ramos-Villa's vehicle, causing it to overturn.

The drivers of both vehicles were hospitalized with injuries.

The crash is under investigation, OSHP says.
