TOLEDO, Ohio — Help is on the way for small businesses in the area who are struggling due to the recent pandemic.
The Local Initiatives Support Coalition is making nearly $500,000 available for local businesses that have been affected by COVID-19.
"Everyone is looking to support these economically burdened small businesses that make our community so incredibly vibrant," said Sarah Allan, program officer of LISC Toledo.
After applying, businesses will be drawn from a lottery to determine who will receive the grant money.
