PUTNAM COUNTY, Ohio — In a release sent today, Mercy Health announced a distribution of care kits containing many helpful items to stay safe during summer activities as well as the ongoing pandemic.
The care kits will contain hand sanitizer, masks, a thermometer and lip balm. Free to the public, they will available one a first come, first serve basis to anyone interested.
The kits are being provided by the Mercy Health Foundation of Greater Lima.
"As we head into these summer months, we know that not everyone may have the supplies they need to stay safe, and this is one way we can assist," said Sara Ambroza, Interim President and Annual Programs Coordinator.
Distribution will be handled through drive-thru at Mercy's three urgent care locations in the Lima area and at Putnam County Emergency Services in Glandorf beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 1 p.m. or when supplies are exhausted.
