TOLEDO (WTOL) - A bar in east Toledo is holding a fundraiser for the victim of a vicious attack that's left him hospitalized and in a coma.
Sixteen-year-old Marcus Bailey Jr. was attacked with a baseball bat while walking down Main Street in east Toledo on December 15.
The suspect, 18-year-old Terry Pearson is charged with felonious assault.
The fundraiser is being held at the Homeboys Sports Bar at 502 Main Street.
Money from the event will help the family with medical expenses.
It goes until 8 p.m.
