One dead after south Toledo shooting Thursday night

A 40-year-old man died at the hospital after Thursday's shooting, Toledo police said.

TOLEDO, Ohio — One person is dead after a shooting Thursday night, police at a scene on a south Toledo street said.

Police responded to the scene just before 8 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of Baden Street, just south of Anthony Wayne Trail and Western Avenue intersection.

No arrests have been made and there are no suspects, Toledo police told WTOL 11 just before 9:30 p.m. The victim is an adult male, later identified as 40-year-old Sean Leahy. 

Leahy was taken to the hospital where he later died, police said. An autopsy done by the Lucas County Coroner's Office revealed that Leahy died from multiple gunshot wounds to the left arm, left shoulder and right hand. His manner of death was ruled a homicide.
