OAK HARBOR, Ohio — An Oak Harbor man was arrested Wednesday on a felony charge after allegedly sexually touching a child, according to a court document from Ottawa County.
Robert Darr, 63, is facing a third degree felony charge of Gross Sexual Imposition. Darr is accused of sexually touching a victim who is less than 12 years old at a residence in Ottawa County. The incident occurred sometime between Jan. 1, 2023 and Oct. 2, authorities said.

A judge set Darr's bond at $500,000. He is due back in court on Oct. 16 at 1:30 p.m.
