TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo Police have issued an alert for a man suspected of abduction and domestic violence.
Billy Ray Townsend, 32, is wanted by Toledo Police. TPD said Townsend is considered armed and dangerous.
He may be driving a black 2018 Dodge Challenger with an Ohio license plate of HKB2379. You are asked to call 911 if you know his whereabouts. Police say do not approach him.
