Townhouse in south Toledo struck by gunfire

The incident occurred shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday, police said.

TOLEDO, Ohio — A south Toledo townhouse was hit by gunfire early Tuesday, according to a police report. 

Officers responded to the 5500 block of Ryewyck Court shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday regarding reports of gunfire. Toledo police then received a call from a resident who reported their townhouse had been shot while they were in it.

No one was injured in the incident. Police said they located a scene, but had not identified any suspects.
