ROSSFORD, Ohio — One of the priciest and most luxurious homes in northwest Ohio features a movie theater and wine tasting room, and it's on the market.

The estate at 372 Riverside Dr. in Rossford nestled along the Maumee River boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The list price? $2,595,000.

According to online listing information, the home has been for sale for about a month and a half.

The European influences are apparent throughout the home, which the seller says is listed at half the price it cost to build in 2007. Marble, tile and custom hardwood are just some of the elegant features.

There are multiple vast sitting areas, including a sun room and a balcony overlooking the river. There are five marble fireplaces inside the home.
