Michigan veterans walk 92 miles for PTSD awareness

A group of Michigan veterans is raising awareness for veteran suicide and the effects of PTSD by walking nearly 100 miles.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A group of Michigan veterans is raising awareness for veteran suicide and the effects of PTSD by walking nearly 100 miles.

The third annual 92 for 22 started Thursday morning. Veterans started at the Veterans Memorial Park in Grand Rapids and will walk to the American Legion Post 568 in Stevensville, Mich. It will take them about three days.

Last year, the group walked from Marne to Ludington to raise money and awareness.
