TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) – Julian Pina pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter with a gun specification and tampering with evidence Wednesday.
Pina was sentenced to fifteen years in prison for the killing of 23 year-old Ronald Mannor on December 17, 2011. Police believe Pina shot Mannor after an argument. The two were neighbors in south Toledo.
