Toledo man faces charges after wrong-way crash

TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) -

A Toledo man is facing charges after police say he drove the wrong way on I-75 over the weekend, while drunk, causing a crash.

Eric Frey is facing two charges of driving while intoxicated.

According to reports, Frey told police he had just left a downtown toledo bar where he had one drink.

He wound up going south in the northbound lanes, eventually hitting another car near South Avenue.

Nobody was seriously hurt.
