SYLVANIA, OH (WTOL) - A two-truck accident has traffic backed up on US 23 at Sylvania Wednesday afternoon.
The northbound left lane has been closed after a garbage truck and straight truck went into the median.
Drivers can expect delays going both northbound and southbound through this area.
