The Toledo Christian theatre program in recent years has become an important part of the school life. The program includes a yearly Madrigal dinner production in December of each year and a spring play usually in early April. The program stretches into the Middle school where one will find a drama club and their own yearly production. This year their production is in early November. At the High school level the school began the first Theatre troupe last year. We are part of the Ohio Educational Theatre Association where we have the opportunity to go to regional competitions. Last year we inducted 8 students to this troupe and hope to add more this year.
During the summer we also offer a Theatre workshop for the students. This workshop is open to middle school as well as high school students. One of the most enjoyable things in this years workshop was watching the students try speaking other dialects.
