TOLEDO, Ohio — Police say the fire is out on two boats that caught at the Bay View Yacht Club in Toledo Wednesday morning.
Crews were on the scene around 4 a.m. working to control the situation and figure out what happened.
The boats, a boat and a sailboat, were destroyed in the fire. Crews say both boats were fully engulfed in flames.
Firefighters say because of the location of the boats they couldn't take a truck on the dock, so it was process carrying gear to the fire.
The speedboat is completely destroyed and the sailboat sank. The owners of the vessels are on their way to the scene.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
