TOLEDO (WTOL) - A 19-year-old man was shot and killed on Talbot Street, just after midnight Saturday, and Toledo Police have a warrant out for the arrest of a 16-year-old boy, in connection with the shooting.
Valjon Foster II, 19, was killed, according to Toledo Police.
The shooting scene was at Talbot Street, near Upton.
Police ask that anyone with information call Crime Stopper at 419-255-1111.
