Winter Weather Advisory issued for Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties

The advisory is in effect until 1 a.m. on Wednesday.

CLEVELAND — We're not quite done with the wintry weather in Northeast Ohio yet.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties until 1 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

More snow will be coming as those counties in the advisory could see additional accumulations of up to two to three inches. The highest snow accumulations in Cuyahoga County will be in the eastern portion.

Drivers are advised to plan for slippery road conditions. Make sure you slow down and use caution while traveling.

According to the WKYC Weather Team, high pressure will settle in overnight as the winter storm that brought ice and snow to a good portion of the eastern US departs. Overnight lows will drop to near 0 with several inland locations likely registering below zero temps by morning.

Another round of snow will arrive in northern Ohio on Thursday as we remain on the cold side of this one. Snow will be heaviest the further south and east you are location and will bring a general 2-4 inches to northern Ohio.
