Our mild stretch of January will continue early this week, but an end is in sight. Highs will reach into the lower 50s this afternoon.

It will become very breezy with wind gusts to 35 mph likely. Rain will spread over the areas by 4 PM for most areas. Afternoon and evening rain showers will make for a soaking end to the day.

It will be warm Tuesday morning with another push of colder air by afternoon. Highs will be near 50 degrees at noon, then tumble back into the 30s by late afternoon.

Rain showers will try to switch to snow overnight into Wednesday morning, little to no accumulation.

Much colder, more typical January feeling weather will settle in the rest of the week and into the weekend with highs only near the lower 30s.
