SANDUSKY, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Erie County Sheriff's Office and the Sandusky County Police Department will be operating an OVI checkpoint Friday night.
The checkpoint will be held form 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Cleveland Road near McKinley Street in Sandusky.
If you plan to drink, don't get behind the wheel; designate a driver or find a different mode of transportation
