TOLEDO, Ohio — A west Toledo man was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday for two counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of vehicular assault following a crash incident in south Toledo back in May.

Police say Gregory Mack, 40, was travelling south on N. Westwood Avenue while approaching Hill Avenue.

Martha Hill, 64, and Ola Austin, 62, were stopped on Hill Avenue while trying to turn left onto N. Westwood Avenue, according to the incident report.

Police say both cars collided in the intersection, killing Hill. Austin was injured in the crash and taken to Toledo Hospital.

An investigation of the incident resulted in Mack's charges.

Mack is still due in court.
