Rogers High School sees eight student-athletes sign to play sports in college

While Rogers High School would traditionally gather inside the school for a more formal signing day, it is still a day that these student-athletes will remember.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Rogers High School saw eight student-athletes sign their letter of intent to play their respective sport at the collegiate level.

The signing day would traditionally be held in a more formal setting inside the high school, but due to the coronavirus, the Rams held it outside on the football field.

Those signing were:

  • DaSean Nelson - Kilgore College - Basketball
  • Ketaan Wyatt - Basketball
  • Kevin McCoy - Trine University - Football
  • Seveyonn James - Columbus State - Basketball
  • Curtis Jackson - Bryant & Stratton - Basketball
  • Shawn Carr-Middlebrooks - Columbus State - Basketball
  • Gabe Foster - Findlay University - Cross Country/Track & Field
  • Marcus Lipkins - Tiffin University - Track & Field
