SUMMERFIELD TOWNSHIP (WTOL) - A Toledo man is dead after drowning at a Michigan campground.
It happened Monday, September 1 at at KOA campground in Summerfield Township.
The Monroe County sheriff says rescuers were unable to revive 33-year-old Charles Washington from Toledo.
