TOLEDO, Ohio — The Hens are home Friday through Sunday, and baseball in the Glass City is so nice, they're celebrating the season opener twice!
This homestand features the Summer Opening Day doubleheader and a wide variety of events that will appeal to fans of all ages.

From baseball to beer, to princesses and pitching tents, there is a lot to do at Fifth Third Field all weekend long.
The weekend kicks off early on Thursday, as a special "Ticket + Flight Package" is available in conjunction with Fleetwood's Tap Room. Your ticket gets you a flight of beer at the tap room, then you can head to the ballpark for the 7:05 p.m. Hens game as they take on Indianapolis.

Fans will enjoy the royal treatment on Friday, as Princess Palooza takes place at the park. Beauty stations for a majestic makeover will be set up and fairy tale characters will be available on the concourse for photos. A Royal Parade will take place on the field after the game and free Mud Hens beach towels will be given out at the gates ahead of the 7:05 p.m. start.
The Summer Opening Day doubleheader, starting Saturday at 5:05 p.m., features inflatables, pregame live music in Hensville Park, Tyler's Amazing Balancing Act, a postgame fireworks show, and a postgame concert at Hensville Park.
The action on Saturday starts early with a Future Mud Hens Adult & Child Skills Clinic at the park and extends overnight with the Boy Scout Experience on the field as troops pitch tents on the field.
If superheroes are your game, check in to Sunday's 4:05 p.m. match, as The Incredibles will make special guest appearances! This is also a Kids Run The Bases game, and features Muddy & Spike's Inflatable Theme Park.
