TOLEDO, Ohio — Alexis Road was closed at Tetherwood Drive in west Toledo Thursday due to a fatal crash.
According to Toledo Fire & Rescue officials, one person is dead and another was taken to the hospital with severe injuries.
The crash happened just before 3 p.m. Thursday.
On Friday, the deceased person was identified as Terrance Robb, 62, of Erie, Mich. According to a police report, Austin Sparks, 22, of Toledo, collided with Robb's vehicle in the intersection as Robb was attempting to make a turn.
As of Friday afternoon, Sparks was listed in critical condition.
