Arson investigation underway following 3 separate fires in the same vacant building

Fire crews took approximately 40 minutes to put out the fire in north Toledo, according to officials at the scene.

TOLEDO, Ohio — An arson investigation is underway after Toledo fire crews fought three different fires in the same vacant apartment building in north Toledo Friday night. 

Crews took about 40 minutes to put the fires out. 

The incident happened just after 8 p.m at Philips and N. Detroit Avenues. 

No one was hurt and fire officials are investigating the cause of the blazes.
