WOOD COUNTY, Ohio — Police arrested a man who is being accused of trying to kidnap a 10-year-old girl over the weekend.
The girl was able to escape without being harmed, according to police.
Police said Keith Byron Perry, 33, was at the Perrysburg Municipal Court Monday for an unrelated matter and was served his warrant there.
Perry is answering for one count of kidnapping and two counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter.
Perry is being held without bail at the Wood County Justice Center.
