TOLEDO, Ohio — A man was shot Wednesday morning in the 700 block of Rogan Way in central Toledo.
Toledo Police confirmed the person was shot in the upper torso. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police responded to the call around 10:45 a.m.
