CLEVEALND (WTOL) - Cleveland.com reports that a Miamisburg man has been charged with a felonious assault in connection to the attack that left a local firefighter unconscious after a Browns game.

According to Cleveland.com, Zebulon Music, 33, was charged last week and is scheduled for arraignment in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on December 20.

Music allegedly attacked Joshua Hillabrand November 4, as he was leaving the game with a friend. Joshua worked as firefighter in Lake Township.

“Somebody just came up behind him, and sucker punched him in the head and that’s when he got knocked unconscious, fell and hit his head on the sidewalk,” said Greg Hillabrand, Josh’s brother.

Joshua suffered brain swelling, bleeding and a fractured skull.

Cleveland.com reports that Joshua said the attack has affected his memory which may prevent him continuing his firefighter career. He added that he can no longer do basic math and has lost 30 pounds since the attack.

“I’m at peace with it,” Joshua told Cleveland.com “The first couple days I was angry, but then I was just happy I was alive."
