Thursday, January 17Grateful Dead Night | The Village Idiot | 7 p.m.

Being Grateful will be playing two sets of Grateful Dead songs at the Village Idiot. Come and join the party. Tickets are $6 in advance, $8/cash at the door. Last day for advance tickets is Wednesday.

Friday, January 18Wine by the Glass - All Mixed Up: The Best of Blends | Toledo Museum of Art | 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Enjoy four wines paired with hors d’oeuvres from 6:30-8:30 p.m. during It’s Friday! at the Toledo Museum of Art Glass Pavilion. Tickets are $25 for members, $40 for nonmembers, plus tax, and are available for purchase during museum hours by phone at 419-255-8000 ext. 7448, in person at the information desks or at Friday evening hours are made possible by Fifth Third Bank.

Saturday, January 19All-Star Fanfest (Saturday and Sunday) | Hensville | 12-6 p.m.

Celebrate hockey in Toledo at All-Star Fanfest! Soak in hockey history and enjoy a wide variety of activities during All-Star Fanfest in Hensville Park. The All-Star Fanfest will be held from:

Noon until 6 p.m. on Saturday

Noon until 3 p.m. on Sunday

All-Star Weekend Brew Fest | 5-9 p.m. | Fifth Third Field

The 2019 All-Star Winter Brewfest will be the biggest Brewfest ever, showcasing pours from more than 70 breweries from around the country (a new Brewfest record!). Fifth Third Field’s unique setting adds an element of fun for beer beginners and enthusiasts to sample the liquid offerings of more than 250 craft beers and ciders.

Toledo 80s | Hollywood Casino | 8 p.m. | FREE

Hey Toledo! Totally 80s is back at the Hollywood Casino Toledo. Let’s see if we can double this show and blow the doors off! It’s free so bring a friend, or two!

Sunday, January 20Full Wolf Moon & Lunar Eclipse Fun Night | Wood County Park District | 9:30 p.m.-12:15 a.m.

The first full moon of 2019 is a Super Moon with a lunar eclipse! Most schools are closed the next day for Martin Luther King Jr. Day so the kids have a rare opportunity to stay up late and see one of nature’s wonders. Celebrate with a mix of kid-friendly indoor and outdoor activities. Program is canceled in the case of overcast skies.

Dave’s 10-Miler & 5k | 2-5 p.m. | Pike-Delta-York Middle School

Started in 1974 by Dave himself, the Dave’s 10-Miler has been run every year since, regardless of the unpredictable weather. We have seen high temperatures of 65 degrees F, to blizzard conditions and ice on the road. Be sure to dress for the weather. The course starts at Pike-Delta-York Middle School and loops through the beautiful country side of Delta. A 1:30 p.m. early 10-Miler start is also offered. If you wish to utilize this start and be timed, you must select it during registration. Join inside the Pike-Delta-York Middle School after the race and enjoy hot Pita Pit soup and sandwiches, and shower facilities.

Monday, January 21, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day2019 CCM/ECHL All-Star Classic & Skills Competition | Huntington Center | 7 p.m.

For the first time in Toledo hockey history, the All-Star Weekend will be hosted in the Glass City! The 2019 CCM/ECHL All-Star Classic will feature a 3-on-3 tournament with four teams competing for the top spot. Walleye players will make up two of the four teams and face-off against the other two teams featuring players from the Eastern and Western Conference All-Star teams. Representatives from each team will participate in three skills competitions (Fastest Skater, Accuracy Shot, Hardest Shot) during the All-Star Classic intermission breaks. #MLKDay celebration & FREE LUNCH | 10 a.m.-12 p.m. | UT - Savage Arena

City of Toledo is a co-sponsor with The University of Toledo to welcome the community for a morning to celebrate the legacy of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. There will be a FREE community lunch following the presentations.
