WOOD COUNTY, OH (WTOL) - The term farm to table will take on new meaning after driving through Wood County discovering the in's and out's local farming from growing, to harvesting, canning and distribution.
This self-driving tour on September 15 will lead you and your family to seven different local farms from Northwood to Bowling Green.
Here is the list of all seven locations taking part in the first-ever Ag-Venture:

- Hirzel Canning Company, Northwood
- Luckey Farmers, Inc., Perrysburg
- Moser Farms, Perrysburg
- Pioneer Seed, Grand Rapids
- Schooner Farms, Weston
- Black Swamp Ag, Inc., Bowling Green
Looking at Moser Farms, family owned for five generations, you'll find not just rows of corn and soy beans but innovation in in farming to protect our water and reestablish pollinator gardens for bees.
John Moser said his family has been working with The Ohio State University and the USDA to reduce the run-off nutrients (like fertilizers) from the fields.
