TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Get your tickets for the 2019 ECHL All-Star Weekend right now!Individual tickets went on sale Friday, so you can be there at the Huntington Center when the Toledo Walleye take on the League on January 21.
The weekend kicks off with Opening Night All-Star Fanfest in Hensville Park on January 18.
On January 19, the party continues with the 5th-annual Winter Brewfest, featuring craft beers from more than 50 breweries from around the country.
John McGrath will also be inducted into the Toledo Hockey Hall of Fame that weekend on January 20. The forward played five seasons with the Toledo Mercurys and was a member of the International Hockey League Turner Cup championship teams in 1948, 1951 and 1952.
There will also be a special on-ice presentation Sunday night before the Walleye-Komet regular season game.
The main event, the All-Star Classic and Skills Competition, takes place on January 21.
The Classic features a 3-on-3 tournament with four teams competing for the top spot. The Walleye will make up two of the four teams and face-off against the other two teams featuring players from the Eastern and Western Conference All-Star teams.
The top two highest scoring teams after Rounds 1 and 2 will meet in the third round for a final match-up.
The Skills Competition will take place during the intermission between Rounds 1 and 2 and Rounds 2 and 3.
