New car inventories forecast to rebuild

Treat your car nicely, because getting a new one might be tough for a little while longer.

Goldman Sachs expects new car levels to fall further in August - to around 1 million - because of the semiconductor shortage.

The bank predicts inventories will start to rebuild in September. 

Check your spice rack

That's what the Small Business Administration is trying to do by creating a Paycheck Protection Program Portal.

Rather than applying for forgiveness with the lender, 9 out of ten PPP recipients will able to work directly with the SBA. 

The portal will go live on or around Aug. 4.
