Cedar Point's anniversary Gold Pass is $99 and gives unlimited visits, free parking for rest of 2019 and all of 2020

The special offer is part of the park's 150-year milestone celebration. The park also wants to see your photos and memories from visits over the years.

SANDUSKY, Ohio — As part of its upcoming 150th anniversary celebration, Cedar Point is offering a Gold Pass for $99 for unlimited visits for 2020 and the rest of 2019, the amusement park announced Thursday.

The Gold Pass also includes free parking, special discounts, early ride times, exclusive ride nights, and more. The pass ends up costing less than the regular price of two visits. The offer is even sweeter for renewing passholders, as those who purchase the Gold Pass will receive one free Fast Lane Plus and one free Bring-A-Friend ticket, valid through Oct. 27, excluding Sept. 1 and all Saturdays.

The 150th anniversary celebration will honor the park's past while looking forward to the future, a news release said. Cedar Point is the second oldest amusement park in North America, and dates to the summer of 1870, when Louis Zistel brought the first guests to the mile-long sandy beach, bathhouse and beer garden. 

The $99 Gold Pass is now available for purchase at the park and at cedarpoint.com

Cedar Point also wants YOUR memories. The park is seeking photos, videos and storeis from all who have visited America's Roller Coast over the years. 

Guests who would like to share their photos, videos and written stories can submit them online. All assets must be in digital form and at their highest resolution for consideration.
