Lawyer: Madoff will plead guilty to all charges

NEW YORK (AP) - Charges have been unveiled against disgraced financier Bernard Madoff.

Madoff is expected to plead guilty tomorrow to eleven criminal charges, including mail fraud, wire fraud, investment adviser fraud, money laundering and perjury.

The criminal information filed by prosecutors was disclosed at the end of a Tuesday procedural hearing in the Madoff case. The charges carry an aggregate prison term of 150 years.

The judge says some victims will be allowed to speak in court tomorrow and he reminded prosecutors those people must act in a "respectful and dignified manner."

An attorney for some swindled investors predicts the plea hearing will be "a zoo."
