Just a little tired of those raindrops falling on his head

He's just plain sick of a cold, wet apartment. Can you blame him?

TOLEDO (WTOL) - Chris Lewis' apartment should be dry, right? Instead, it's moldy and damp.

In fact, the raindrops have been falling on his head - literally.

Truth is, it's been happening for a while now -- every time it rains -- so Lewis reported it.

"They said they'll send a maintenance person out to look at it and they keep telling us they'll tell a manager and they'll be out and they never do anything," Lewis said.

The concern is that the mold is "making my mother and my brother sick."

And, there's also a fear that the ceiling could actually fall in.

So, Lewis contacted Call 11 for Action problem solver Mika Highsmith.

LMHA says the problem is in the building's structure. They have assured Mika that they will take care of it. Mika is planning to make sure they do.
