Blarney Irish Pub Fish N' Chips and Cole Slaw

Blarney Irish Pub Fish N' Chips:

16 oz fresh cod.
Batter: 2c harp beer
3c drakes corn mea
pinch of kosher salt.
Mix batter together.
Dip a 4oz piece of cod in batter and put in 350degree oil and fry till golden brown.

Cole Slaw:

6c dry shreeded cabbage
1c shreeded carrots
2c slaw dressing
1 TBL horeseradish
pinch salt and pepper
Mix and serve
