Will the stimulus make a difference? He helped two elderly women cross the street -- so why'd he get a ticket?

Thanks to the stimulus plan, Americans will be getting a little more money in each paycheck.

It may not be much, but people already have plans for the extra cash. Low and middle income workers will see about a $10 increase in their pay; about $400 over a year.

The Obama administration hopes people will spend that extra $10 to help jumpstart the economy.

Do you think it will make a difference? What will you do with the little bit of extra cash?

They say good deeds never go unpunished. And a man who saved three people from being hit by a truck got his punishment -- a jaywalking ticket!

Bus driver Jim Moffett was hit by a truck when he and another man were helping two elderly women cross the street. The Colorado State Patrol says despite his good intentions, his jaywalking contributed to the accident.

The truck driver was also cited -- for careless driving.

Moffett suffered a brain injury, broken bones and other wounds.

But, do you think he should have gotten a ticket?
