First Energy bills not going down after all

(WTOL) - It looks like Toledo Edison customers might not be getting a break on those electric bills after all.

Earlier this month, state regulators ruled First Energy could no longer charge transition fees, which saved customers about $20 a month.

On January 14, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) decided the company can pass higher fuel costs on to consumers. PUCO says bills will likely be the same this month as last month.
