Too fat to adopt? Ads too racy for the Super Bowl?

A couple in England have been told they cannot adopt because one of them is too fat!

The pair received a letter to that effect after approaching a local adoption agency. Damien and Charlotte Hall say they both know Damien is overweight, but he's not unhealthy.

And, they've got medical records to prove it.

But, the agency says Damien's BMI must be below 40 before they can be considered as potential parents.

The Halls say they expected something to be said about Damien's weight, but they never expected to be turned down when there are children who need homes.

Do you think this is fair? Do you think the agency was right? Or not?

Some new Super Bowl ads have already been banned from TV! And, the racy commercial is out of morning programming even though it's already been approved by censors.

The other ad, also featuring Indy car racer Danica Patrick, features her taking a shower with another woman as three college students watch.

NBC, the network airing the big game this year, has approved both. But, Fox says the baseball hearing spoof won't be seen on their air in the mornings.

This isn't the first time the domain name company has gotten in hot water over their ads.

In 2005, a spoof of Janet Jackson's infamous wardrobe malfunction was pulled after it ran the first time.

Do you think the commericals go too far?
