TOLEDO (WTOL) - A local agency that provides help with heating bills is extending its hours.
The Economic Opportunity Planning Association will be open four hours longer each day starting Monday, December 15.
Please note: Those in need of assistance often line up outside the Hamilton St. building as early as 2 a.m. to get an appointment.
