PERRYSBURG TOWNSHIP (WTOL) - Radio producer Troy Neff was stabbed in Perrysburg just after 6 p.m. Wednesday following what police are calling a road rage incident.

Jeffrey Hardeman, 42, from TN., has been arrested and charged with felonious assault. He is being held in the Wood County Justice Center. A hearing is set for 1:30.

Perrysburg Township police say Hardeman cut off Neff's car in traffic and that the two pulled into a parking lot where an altercation took place. Neff was stabbed with a knife multiple times in the upper torso.

Neff went into surgery at St. Vincent-Mercy Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say Neff made it into a nearby business to call police and give a description of the suspect, which made it possible for the police to locate him.
