TOLEDO (WTOL) - A teen who escaped from the Juvenile Justice Center more than a month ago is back behind bars.
Willis Johnson was caught by the Toledo Police Gang Task Force in a house at 816 Vance St. Thursday around 9:15 p.m.
Police say Johnson and Dontae Moore escaped from the center on Oct. 3 by using a table to smash out a window on the second story. Moore was found about two days later.
