State Issue 1 -- To provide for earlier filing deadlines for statewide ballots.

State Issue 2 -- To authorize the state to issue bonds to continue the Clean Ohio program for environmental revitalization and conservation.

State Issue 3 -- To amend the constitution to protect private property rights in ground water, lakes and other watercourses.

State Issue 5 -- Referendum on legislation making changes to check cash lending (sometimes known as payday lending), fees, interest rates and practices.

State Issue 6 -- To amend the constitution by initiative petition for a casino near Wilmington in southwest Ohio and distribute to all Ohio counties a tax on the casino.

    A confirmed case of Hepatitis A has been diagnosed to a food handler who works at at Dave and Buster's near the Franklin Park Mall. The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department warns that anyone who consumed any food or drink from the restaurant between March 1 through March 29 has been exposed to the virus and should get tested.  Dave and Busters has set up a phone line for people with questions or concerns at  is 844-344-94-44.     A racial slur and a swastika drawn on a notepad was found in a city vehicle earlier this week.  The vehicle was used by the Division of Water. As of Thursday evening the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is investigating who could have left the note in the car. A water service repairman from the division said he believes there is a race issue with the management in the department.
