Rodeo Bar pay $50,000 or lose license

The Ohio Liquor control commission today order the owners of the Rodeo Bar and Grill to either pay a 50-thousand dollar fine or surrender their liquor license by October 17, 2008.

The decision came following a hear in early August where commissioners heard evidence that employees of Rodeo Bar and Grill served Michael Gagnon while he was intoxicated.

Today's decision was sent to the owners of the bar by certified mail and faxed to their attorney's.  They have not responded.

The owners of Rodeo Bar and Grill have 21 days to appeal the fine or license revocation to the Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
