PROMEDICA HEALTH SYSTEM HOSTS FIFTH ANNUAL INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE COMMUNITY EVENT: WELLNESS ACROSS THE AGE SPECTRUM
ProMedica Health System will present the fifth annual integrative medicine community event, Wellness Across the Age Spectrum. Integrative Medicine is defined as healing-oriented medicine that takes into account the whole person (body, mind and spirit), including all aspects of lifestyle. Integrative Medicine emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between patient and physician and makes use of all appropriate therapies, both conventional and alternative. This free event is open to the public and will feature keynote speakers, Dr. Mounir Elkhatib and Dr. Richard Flanigan.

Richard Flanigan, MD, preventive cardiologist and assistant clinical professor of cardiology, University of Colorado Health Science Center, will present The Language of Healing.
